1. Make sure the JIMMY is on

2. Make sure the Jimmy is within Bluetooth range (10 meters/33 feet)

3. Make sure the Bluetooth function on your mobile device is enabled

4. Make sure the Jimmy is not connected to another mobile device

5. Try rebooting your mobile device and reconnect
