International Shipping: Hiroia products are shipped via international express couriers, primarily FedEx, DHL and UPS. When you purchase Hiroia products on the official website and enter your shipping address, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on your selected country/region. If your shipping country/region is not listed on the official website's shipping destinations, please contact Hiroia Customer Support (support@hiroia.com) to confirm whether delivery is available.

Please Note:

  • During peak international shipping seasons, courier companies may impose a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS). This is a temporary surcharge applied during high-demand periods to compensate for increased operational costs. PSS is typically calculated based on the weight or volume of the shipment and returns to normal once the peak season ends.
  • The system cannot estimate import duties, taxes, and handling fees required by different countries.
  • International customers are responsible for any additional import-related fees beyond the shipping cost, including but not limited to customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees.

Shipping and Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Service availability and shipping times may vary based on origin and destination. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, flight schedules, and other factors.

How to Track Your Order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • If you have not received your order confirmation email or tracking number, please contact us! Check your spam/junk folder, as email filters may sometimes mistakenly block important emails. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to Hiroia Customer Support, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your order.
  • Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become fully active after the courier picks up the package. You can check the latest delivery status on the courier’s official website.
  • If your tracking number has not been updated within 48 hours after receiving the email, please contact Hiroia Customer Support, and we will assist you with further investigation.

Handling Delivery and Customs Issues: If your order cannot be successfully delivered due to shipping or customs issues, the courier will first contact you to resolve the matter. If the issue remains unresolved, the courier will notify Hiroia, and Hiroia Customer Support will send you an email notification with further details. Please respond promptly to avoid additional fees or delays in delivery.
